A Sweet Goodnight Treat (formerly A Good Night Treat) was the title of special episodes of The Good Night Show in which Nina and Star would celebrate Halloween by playing dress up games, sharing costumes and artwork sent in by Sproutlets, and reading Halloween stories in between episodes of shows such as Caillou, Thomas & Friends, The Berenstain Bears, Angelina Ballerina, and Kipper. Also during the event, a Halloween Parade was held, in which Sproutlets would send in videos of them marching in place in their Halloween costume, which they might see on TV.
In 2011, however, the blockisode was live, and since the Goodnight Garden either didn't exist or was impractical for live airings, it took place in The Sunshine Barn with Chica. This was seven days before the premiere of the sixth season.
