Byrd, Sandy Wax, Jennifer Giddens, and Beth Hanssens with Nigel Barker.

Adrienne Byrd was the senior vice president of Legal and S&P at Sprout from 2011 to 2016. She got her start at Sprout in 2006, as the VP, Legal and Standard and Practices, and stayed in that position until 2012, when she moved up. Byrd oversaw the strategic development and negotiation of the contracts to give NBCUniversal full ownership of the network in November 2013.

Byrd is well-known for terminating the original account of Sprout fan Let's Grow on YouTube, because she didn’t like iPhone recordings.[1]
