Over the years, Sprout and Children's Network LLC have made apps for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Originally, the channel partnered with New Wave Entertainment to bring you the apps, which were first released in 2009.
- Dress Chica - An app based on an online game and segment on The Sunny Side Up Show. viewers could dress Chica up in funny outfits and see their costume live on TV.
- Dress Like Chica - An app similar to Dress Chica, only you could put your head onto a Chica-like chicken body complete with a nest.
- Sprout Player - An app in which players could watch video clips of Sprout blocks and original series.
- Good Night Star - A Good Night Show app in which players could help Star maintain his bedtime routine and watch video clips.
- Games and Videos (later Sprout Playground) - An app similar to the SproutOnline.com website, complete with, hence the name, games and video clips.
- Sandy Stories - Based on the Sprout a Sandy Story segments on The Good Night Show.
- Fifth Wiggle - Based on a segment from Sprout's Wiggly Waffle.
- Family Challenge - An app about healthy habits.
- Super Gear Adventure - An app based on a Super Sproutlet Show online game.
- Doodle Dots - An connect-the-dots app based on Noodle and Doodle.
- Chica's Tap a Tune - An app in which players could make their own songs and send them in to The Sunny Side Up Show.
- Chica Adventure - An app based on a Chica Show online game.
- Chica's Snow Globe Maker - An app based on the Chica Show episode "Dance of the Sugar Cluck Chica."
- Sprout NOW - An app in which players could watch Sprout shows free with their cable provider.
- Send to Sprout - An app in which players could send in their ideas to the Sprout channel.
