Baby Arnold Pig is Pig's baby cousin and one of Kipper's best friends. He is voiced by Chris Lang.
Personality
Due to his age, Arnold is a toddler who’s very quiet, usually seen sucking on this thumb. He can only say two words: “ducks” (numerous times) and “Igloos” (once in an episode). Pig tends to baby him, assuming Arnold can’t do much because of his age, but Arnold proves to be able to do a lot of things.
