Ashley Zesinger was the Director of Marketing at Sprout from 2012 to 2014.[1] In this role, she created multimedia brand campaigns and co-branded promotions targeting key audience segments, partnered with industry agencies to develop strategic brand campaigns aimed at achieving company goals including consumer engagement, brand awareness and grassroots demand, participated in targeted focus group research to develop differentiating brand messaging and inform creative execution of media, led execution of national media campaigns including placement of TV, radio and digital advertising. Leveraged various media engagement markers including click through rates, page views and TV ratings to conduct post campaign analysis and follow-up, developed social media and digital strategies for high profile partnerships with Fortune 500 companies resulting in deeper brand engagement among target audience, oversaw development of branded float for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade including live performance on NBC network extending organization’s reach and exposure to new audiences, led strategy and execution of integrated marketing partnerships, designed and executed microsite and award winning mobile app aimed at supporting families’ healthy lifestyles in complement to partnership with the First Lady’s “Let’s Move” campaign, created multi-year partnership with national mom targeted website resulting in brand presence and marketing in 2,200 grocery stores across the country, developed ongoing content partnership for prosocial website with American Heart Association, launched co-branded marketing partnership with Carter’s children’s clothing online and in 480 retail locations. Campaign garnered over 120M consumer impressions across all platforms, set strategic direction for Kindness Counts as Sprout's signature year-long prosocial initiative, and designed and implemented comprehensive digital strategy including complete re-design of the website, mobile marketing extensions, monthly social media strategy, extensive digital advertising.

Previously, Zesinger was Sprout's senior manager of marketing from 2010 to 2012, where she managed all B2B marketing efforts including strategy development and branding for network sales team. Built and executed multi-media brand campaigns designed to drive engagement with the property through multiple platforms including online, social media and on TV. Managed all experiential events for the network including consumer marketing, PR and ad sales.

Zesinger made her Sprout debut in 2006 as the Affiliate Marketing Manager, where she developed Sprout's B2B sales strategy and marketing efforts, was instrumental in overall brand development and design, and played a key role in brand awareness campaigns including media strategy development, creative, messaging and campaign tracking.
