- Nina greets her Sproutlet friends, asking them if they're ready for another good night, leading to a rendition of the Welcome Song. Today, Nina and Star went birdwatching - they explored outside with binoculars, seeing birds and making a star-shaped birdfeeder. Nina explains she saw a bluejay and describes what it looked like, and Star does the same about a pigeon he saw. Since the duo had so much fun birdwatching, Nina suggests they go on a bird adventure tonight. She then explains that pajaro is the word for bird in Spanish, and invites Star and the Sproutlets to say it with her. Star explains he's so excited, he feels like he could fly like a pajaro. He tells Nina that birds are so cool, and lists reasons why - they have pretty feathers and build nests. After Nina tells the Sproutlets about what nests are, Star suggests he builds his own bed, but Nina tells him he makes his own every morning. Nina explains that birds make their nests out of mud, twigs, leaves, and feathers, and shows the Sproutlets a craft she and Star made of one.
- In the Star Talks segment, Star and his Sproutlet friends discuss their favorite birds and what they would like to be.
