Brussel Sprout is an original character created for Sprout and the owner and head chef for the Sprout Diner in the titular series.
When Brussel's daughter Bean tells him what the characters from Sprout shows would like, he chooses various recipes and comes up with the idea for the meal, then Alfalfa delivers it to the character.
Notes
- While Brussel wears the Sprout logo on his yellow apron, he is seen wearing the green flower in said logo instead in Preschool Musical, and without it in two promotional pictures. Additionally, the "PBS KIDS" in the flower is missing in Flash animation of Brussel on the Sprout Diner website.
