Burlington Book Buddies
Burlington, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, is an American national off-price department store retailer, and a division of Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation with more than 1,000 stores in 40 states and Puerto Rico, with its corporate headquarters located in Burlington Township, New Jersey.
Burlington was one of Sprout's advertisers, and commercials for the store aired on the Sprout network. The two companies, along with K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers also produced a commercial together with Lunchbox Communications to promote their "Book Buddies." In it, a girl and her mother read together. Outside, Carly and Chica suggest they donate for more great books. Children (including Nicholas Martoell Jr. and Ella Guanzon) and their parents then go to Burlington. The commercial was written and edited by Gabe Wiener.
Tim Kubart and Chica have visited stores to promote the two companies' sponsorship, and Kaitlin Becker and Chica additionally appeared on NBC10 Philadelphia.
