Carla the Car is a cardboard car with a blue Frisbee for a steering wheel driven by Miles and Banjo on The Let's Go Show.
The duo uses Carla to drive to the likes of a safari and the moon, while taking stops at different places, such as Music Hill or Wonder Why Valley, along the way. Her only words are "beep, beep."
During split-screen credits, Miles and Banjo would watch the end of shows in Carla on an overhead screen, a reference to the drive-in movie theater tradition.
In Preschool Musical on a Stick, Carla gets stuck in the snow, driving Banjo, who doesn't know how, to The Sprout Sharing Show Theater.
A few discarded ideas for Carla in early development included a motor car,[1] a hybrid car, and animated vehicle, until Sprout executives knew cardboard would be the best car for preschoolers.[2] She was sometimes referred to as a "Let's Go Cart."
