Chica's Big Birthday Surprise

Chica's Big Birthday Surprise was a 2008 Sunny Side Up Show special airing on September 26th made to commemorate Sprout's third anniversary and The Sunny Side Up Show's first anniversary, although the special itself celebrates Chica's birthday. It aired from 6PM to 9PM ET, the timeslot normally occupied by The Good Night Show.
The special took place outside the Sunshine Barn and, unlike most occasions, was hosted by all three of Chica's on-air companions (Kevin Yamada, Kelly Vrooman, and Sean Roach) with special guests The Dream Jam Band and Sprout characters saying happy birthday. Throughout the special, Sproutlets were encouraged to send in a birthday card, wish, or message that might be on TV. Two videos of the special were on The Sunny Side Up Show website on SproutOnline.com.

The special's turnout is very similar to Preschool Musical (at least until 2022). The special aired on Sprout and two quick clips were uploaded to the channel's website, SproutOnline.com, although this is still being speculated, the videos may have been up until Yamada left The Sunny Side Up Show. A video of the Dream Jam Band's performance was uploaded by the band themselves on their Facebook as well as a few pictures, and a TV promo as well as a picture of the nighttime set is also on the same website.
