Nana is Chica's grandmother. A recycled version of the Mrs. C puppet, she appeared twice - once through a phone call through the "Gram Cam" with Kelly and Chica, the other with Rico in the September 4th, 2013 broadcast of The Sunny Side Up Show and sang "The Wheels on the Van" with Dennisha and Chica.
