Clementine is one of Caillou’s best friends. Along with Leo, she also has a friend named Emma. She first appeared in the first-season episode Caillou at Daycare. In this episode she was nice to Caillou and showed him the art supplies in the classroom. Despite her cuteness and innocence, for some reasons, she is a bit bossy but overall she is understanding. In Caillou's Holiday Movie, she celebrates Kwanzaa. She has an older brother named Billy. Clementine also has a crush on Caillou.

Clementine is a black Canadian. She wears a white dress, a blue jacket with a yellow flower on it, and red shoes. She has black hair in cornrows with blue hairbows. Like Rosie, she has dot eyes.
