Earl Fisher (stage name Dean Barnett) is an actor who voiced Brussel on Sprout Diner. Fisher has also performed the roles of Booker T. Worm in Season 5 of Barney & Friends and subsequent productions and Pasqually from Chuck E. Cheese's.
