Elmo's Movie Merry-Thon was a December-long holiday movie marathon airing on Sprout on Christmas Eve and Day in both 2010 and 2011 and hosted by Sesame Street's Elmo. Elmo's role was to introduce Christmas specials of Sprout shows such as Elmo's World: Happy Holidays!, Barney's Night Before Christmas, Barney's Christmas Star, Caillou's Holiday Movie, and Snowed Under: The Bobblesberg Winter Games. It aired from 1PM to 6PM ET, followed by Sprout's Snooze-a-Thon.
