SCENE | It's time for the "Goodnight Tale," and with help from Helping Hand, Melanie tells a story with stick puppets from "Mel's Marvelous Pillowcase" about a little girl named Bingo (no really, that's her name!) who tells her friend Dusty that she doesn't want to take a bath because she's worried she'll go down the drain and end up in the ocean. Dusty brings a pipe and explains Bingo won't go down the drain, which she's too big to fit in, and pulls out a toy sailboat Bingo takes her bath with. |

SCENE | After singing "Let's Make a Craft," Melanie makes bubble blowers for tonight's craft. |

SCENE | Melanie spins the Moonbeam Wheel and pretends to take a bath, with help from the Sproutlets and accompaniment by sound effects. |

SCENE | Melanie looks up at the stars through her Sprout-o-scope. She then shows the Sproutlets Sprout's address and some viewers' artwork. Joe from Idaho sent in a picture of a cow jumping over the moon (ala "Hey Diddle Diddle"), and Melanie drew a picture of Hush. |

SCENE | Melanie gives a brief recap of the night, then announces it's time to say goodnight to Hush. She teaches the Sproutlets the signs to his goodnight poem, and invites them to join along. She then sings the Goodnight Song and falls asleep, closing the episode. |
