Commander Chica Lifts Off
Chica pretends to go to the moon, pretending to be an alien with Jett as an astronaut. Kelly reminds her that, before she can go, she has to say goodbye to her parents and learns that it's okay to miss them and that she can bring something from home, such as a picture of her with Bunji, Baby Chick, or a toothbrush. As time goes by, Chica brings heaps of things with her. After the coop closes, Chica and her friends go to the moon, meet Lunar, an alien version of Bunji, and play a game known as Moonball, in which Chica blasts a ball to the milky way. The game reminds Chica of how she usually plays ball with her parents, whom she misses. Kelly then reminds Chica of how she brought Baby Chick to remind her of home. Back at the Costume Coop, Kelly and Chica come across Mr. C, who came back to fetch his roller skates.

Chica the Artist
A boy named Jackson wants to go as an artist for dress up day at his school tomorrow, so Kelly enlists Chica's help in finding a painter's smock. She then plays art museum and pretends to be both an artist and a statue, striking a pose Mrs. C calls the "Sunrise Surprise." Jackson's father Andrew shows the trio his son's painting of an orange elephant, and Chica presents her drawing of a brown cow with multi-colored spots, which Kelly thinks is a dog at first glance. Mrs. C then gives Jackson an art box complete with tools such as colored pencils, glue, and buttons, which he and Andrew head off with. Afterwards, Kelly comes across Mr. C, who needs a frame for a picture he wants Chica to paint. Donning his artist costume, Mr. C finds Chica painting her picture and tells her that Pablo Chickasso, whom he once played, painted pictures his own way, one of which hangs on The Costume Coop's walls. After Chica shows her father her finished painting of Bunji, she fears she's not a good artist. Once the coop closes, Chica is in an art museum, attempting to paint a fruit bowl, though Stitches on a unicycle and Bunji holding an umbrella, who are between the bowl, are moving and wiggling since they've been sitting still for hours - their feet are asleep and Stitches has got an itch. Lilac Lavender (Kelly) then comes by and admires the painting, which Chica tells her she can have. Back in the Costume Coop, Kelly looks at Chica's painting of Bunji and comes across Mrs. C, who had to come back to fetch a tool belt, as her husband got stuck in his invisible box again.
