SCENE 1 | Nina welcomes the Sproutlets at home and asks if they're ready for a good night together, leading to the "Welcome Song." Nina and Star hear a sound, which the latter thinks is a planet in outer space, but is actually the Goodnight Bell. Nina reaches into her basket and pulls out a picture of a fossil of a dinosaur, and she and Star come to the conclusion that tonight's adventure is about dinosaurs. Nina then teaches the Spanish word for "dinosaur," dinosaurio, which she invites him and the Sproutlets to say with her. |
Bumper | A mom hugs her son in bed and, outside the window, two Sproutlets propel book-like boats and the sails on a ship grow and reveal the Sprout logo in white. | |

SCENE 2 | Nina welcomes back the Sproutlets and explains that tonight's adventure is about dinosaurs, which Star adds means dinosaurio in Spanish, leading to a poem. Star predicts that some Sproutlets are going to wish to be dinosaurs when they make a good night wish and exclaims that he wants to be a star-ceratops who only eats pizza. Now it's time to look through the Sprout-o-scope and, after singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," Nina and Star look at tonight's constellation - a stegosaurus. |

SCENE 3 | Nina welcomes back the Sproutlets and tells them that they're talking about dinosaurios tonight. She asks Star why he likes dinosaurs so much, and he admits he thinks because they're big, and she breaks it that some were bigger than a house. Star asks where they'd live if they couldn't fit in a house, and Nina tells him that they lived outdoors. He wonders how big a bathtub in a house would be if a dinosaur were in it. Nina gets the idea to do a Sprout stretch, which she goes out into the Goodnight Garden to do.
Nina and her Sproutlet friends pay tribute to Barney, a dinosaur himself, by doing Barney's Pretend Flying Stretches, in which they pretend to be Barney with newly-sprouted dinosaur wings by touching their fingers to their shoulders and warming their wings up by moving them up and down and back and forth before finally flapping, flying back down by bringing their wings down by their sides. |

SCENE 5 | Nina welcomes back the Sproutlets and tells them that they're talking about dinosaurios, or dinosaurs, tonight. In a joke, Star admits he'll have to be "dino-sorry" once he goes to bed, and wonders if his Sproutlet friends know other dinosaur jokes. Now it's time to hear from some Sproutlet friends, leading to a real kids segment in which they talk about their favorite dinosaurs. |

SCENE 9 | Nina welcomes back the Sproutlets and explains that tonight, they're talking about dinosaurs, or dinosaurios. Star tells Nina that he learned a lot about dinosaurs, and since they're one of his favorite things, this is one of his favorite nights, so he suggests he enjoy it even more by staying up really late. Nina tells Star he has things he needs to do since it's getting late, but he explains he has some things he'd like to do, himself, which include playing with the dinosaur sock puppet, talking to Lucy about the "Lucy Lightning Bugosaurus," and drawing a picture of a T-Rex with other dinosaurs, before coming to the conclusion that he had to get ready for bed, leading to "Ready for Bed."
Afterwards, Nina tells Star he did such a wonderful job getting ready for bed tonight. Star thanks her, and replies by saying it's important to wash his face and brush his teeth. He's ready for bed, but at first didn't think he was tired at all, which leads to a yawn, and now deduces he really is. |

She then sings the "Goodnight Song" and falls asleep, closing the episode. |
