Simple Moments Are Sprouting (Old Sprout Huggies Promo)

Huggies is an American brand of disposable diapers and baby wipes that is marketed by Kimberly-Clark. Huggies were first test marketed in 1968, then introduced to the public in 1978 to replace the Kimbies brand. The diapers have been known to feature Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh.

Huggies diapers and Pull-Ups training pants signed up as the first sponsors for PBS KIDS Sprout in 2005,[1] and a promo was made to advertise their sponsorship. This allowed Kimberly-Clark to explore the use of the emerging digital, online and VOD technologies to initiate Huggies and Pull-Ups cross-promotional content opportunities with viewers of the network. Additionally, Sprout On Demand was expected to provide a platform to experiment with different forms of messaging to propel parents to the then-new Huggies Baby Network, which included the Pull-Ups website, Huggies Happy, Healthy Pregnancy, and Huggies Happy Baby.[2]

According to Diana Kerekes, this sponsorship was all because Huggies cared about parenting and making simple moments together, similar to Sprout.
