"It's Time to Create" is a song from Sprout Diner, a Sprout short series. After Bean talks on the phone with characters, Alfalfa and Brussel sing about how if one wants something healthy to eat, they come to the Sprout Diner and they take it home with them and are fueled up, before the latter makes the recipe.
