- "Jakers, that's grand!"
- ―Piggley Winks' catchphrase
Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks (or Jakers! in Europe) is an American-British-Irish computer-animated children's television series. The series was broadcast in the United States on PBS Kids. It was also broadcast in Australia on ABC Kids. Because PBS co-owned Sprout when the channel was launched, it aired a variety of shows from its archive library on Sprout, including reruns of Jakers!.
Plot
- "The series follows the adventures of Piggley Winks, a spunky young pig, and his friends on Raloo Farm in Ireland. Each episode features Piggley in the present day as a grandpa, telling entertaining stories and life lessons to his three rambunctious city-dwelling grandpigs." (link)

Notes
- When this show was discontinued from Sprout, its Sprout Diner snack was themed after The Sunny Side Up Show.
- This was the first Sprout show to incorporate religious references. "Jakers!" was a euphemism for "Jesus!" in Ireland during the 50s and 60s.
- The show was originally going to have a feature film adaptation that most likely never came to be.[2]
- The show was originally going to be animated with cels instead of CGI.
- Nina and her Sproutlet friends once did a Raloo Farm stretch on The Good Night Show. This segment appeared in the episode "Where We Live."[3]
- Likewise, Nina pulls out a sticker of Piggley reading to his grandchildren in "Grandparents."
