Jennifer Barnhart (born 1972) is a puppeteer who has supplied the voice of Mrs. C on The Chica Show.
Outside of Sprout, Barnhart has played one of the Bad Luck Bears in Avenue Q (with John Tartaglia), Cleo on Between the Lions (with Noel MacNeal), and several characters, including Zoe, Mama Bear, Gladys the Cow, and Raya, on Sesame Street.
