Jeremy Wintroub was the vice president of production at Sprout from 2014 to 2016. In this role, he directed all production across multiple platforms, including linear and VOD for Sprout, managed annual operating budgets for programming, on-air promos and broadcast ops. departments, negotiated key vendor contracts, including production services contract, served as network production leader for Floogals, Nina's World, Terrific Trucks, Kody Kapow, Astroblast!, Noodle and Doodle, The Chica Show, The Good Night Show and The Sunny Side Up Show, served as Executive Producer for The Sunny Side Up Show as of October 2015 and won an Emmy, coordinated international production with A-level talent including The Wiggles, LazyTown, Barney & Friends, and Pajanimals, directed Sprout’s tax incentives program, securing $10 million+ in tax credits from New York, Pennsylvania and Michigan, served as project lead for network operations migration from Comcast Media Center in Denver, Colorado to Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey resulting in multi-million dollar savings and increased operational efficiency, was the programming lead on long range finance planning, deal analysis and current year reforecasting, and managed staff of 15, including production managers, talent, producers, artists, art department, coordinators, production assistants, and interns.

Wintroub also had many more roles on Sprout. He was the Senior Director of Production Management and Business Operations from 2013 to 2014, the Director of Production Management from 2011 to 2013, the Senior Production Manager from 2009 to 2010, a Production Manager from 2006 to 2008, and an Associate Producer in 2006.
