"Kindness is a Muscle" is a 2017 Sprout song performed by Sproutlets (led by Mimi Ryder and William Alexander) about kindness. The opening parodies the parental advisory warning label with "Explicitly Kind Lyrics."
Additional "We'll Be Right Back" and "Welcome Back" bumpers based on the music video were made for the channel.
