Mr. C is married to Mrs. C and is Chica's dad who helps out in the Costume Coop on The Chica Show. He also appeared occasionally on The Sunny Side Up Show starting for Number 1 Dad's Day in June 2012 - he even guest hosted the stunt a year later in 2013. Prior to that, there was a phone call made with him.[2]
Mr. C used to be a stage actor, appearing with his wife in the likes of "Cluckalot," "Cluckhoma," and "Mummy Mia." He was also a model known for his famous pose, the "Wing-a-Ding Dinger," and can also bake his prize-winning coop cakes. It is unknown what his first name is, though he and his wife do call each other "Cluckums" (referred to in episode subtitles as "Cluck'ems") from time to time.

- Mr. C as illustrated by Chuck Dillon was white and had glasses, a yellow belly, and a blue bow tie with white polka dots, while the puppet version still has glasses, but his bowtie is changed to a necktie and he now has a vest.
