Mr. Mailman was a cardboard mailman who rode a helicopter (as well as other things, including a tractor and a double-decker bus) that would deliver birthday messages to Kevin on The Birthday Show and later The Sunny Side Up Show, and also starred in The Many Adventures of Mr. Mailman. He was likewise dropped from the show in 2015.
Notes
- Mr. Mailman makes two sound effects (Muted Trumpet Plays a "Yoo-Hoo" Sound and Muted Trumpet Plays a "Wa Wa" Sound). However, in the April 25, 2011 edition of Today's Birthdays, Kelly tells him she heard him singing along to "The Birthday Song" in his helicopter. Additionally, in a Preschool Musical blooper, he is heard speaking in an English accent.
- Mr. Mailman had his own Sprout Diner snack, Mr. Mailman's Pita Pocket, and a Birthday Show activity, Mr. Mailman's Sprout Delivery Game, which was added to the Birthday Parties podcast in 2009, years after the last Birthday Show.
- After The Many Adventures of Mr. Mailman was pulled from Sprout, videos of the show were added to the Sunny Side Up Show website, billing them as being from Sunny.
- Bean called Mr. Mailman "Mr. Taylor" when she made a guest appearance on The Sunny Side Up Show in 2012.
- During the May 20th, 2010 broadcast of The Sunny Side Up Show, mayor Sean handed Mr. Mailman a post office.[1]
