History on Sprout

The show joined Sprout on September 3rd, 2016, a year after its precursor stopped airing on the channel for the second time. This was when NBCUniversal acquired DreamWorks, the company that made the show. It quickly became Sprout's third most-aired show, after The Berenstain Bears and Caillou, both of which had been on the channel since its launch. Back-to-back episodes of the series aired from 4PM to 7PM ET on July 7th, 2017.[1]

Carly and Snug made a Noddy Straw Necklace craft on Sprout House.

The series made it past the launch of Universal Kids on September 9th, 2017, but stopped airing in 2021, although its page still remains up on the channel's website. The series received heavy criticism from fans of the original Noddy.
