Otis was Curtis E. Owl's younger brother who often appeared in segments on The Sprout Sharing Show, usually with his big brother. He had a penchant for playing the ukulele, such as when the gang engaged in a hula dance. One time, he filled in for his brother due to a broken bass string.
He also appeared in Preschool Musical and for Chica's Pirate Party on The Sunny Side Up Show in September 2012, as well as a 2013 Mother's Day video.
