Reginald is Ricky's father who appeared on The Sprout Sharing Show in several sketches, as well as a 2008 Father’s Day special[1] and a promo about sending videotapes to Sprout. As with Sharon, the character was mainly used to get grown-up Sprouts to participate in the show with their Sproutlets, mostly appearing with his son, and was also a great cook, making the likes of carrot soup and carrot-lettuce-tomato sandwiches.
He also appeared in Preschool Musical and on The Sunny Side Up Show for Families week in November 2009 (along with Chica's mom Mrs. C)[2] and again on April 27, 2010,[3] showing Sean and Chica an invention known as a Weather-o-Matic. Additionally, he had a recipe on SproutOnline.com in his name, Ricky and Reginald's CLT with TLC, which Sean made on The Sunny Side Up Show and was later put on the Sprout Diner website.
