Sandy Wax was the president of Sprout from 2005 to 2016, joining the channel after Comcast was looking to run Sprout, and making it more successful. Prior to Sprout, Wax worked at Discovery and Disney Channel, where she helped launch Playhouse Disney and was a researcher for the preschool series Little Einsteins,[1] and was the founder of WAXON Strategy.
