Hosted by Melanie the Babysitter with her goldfish Hush and the butler-like Helping Hand, the first season of The Good Night Show utilized Goodnight Games, crafts, Sprout stretches, Goodnight Tales, Shadow Play, the Sprout-o-scope, and Sproutlets' crafts and artwork.
