"I'm a Little Sprout now, but just watch me grow, up, up, up I go! I stand on my tiptoes and reach high in the air, and now I've got a Sprout stretch I'd like to share."
―Nina
Sprout Stretches was a segment on The Good Night Show. Melanie or Nina would teach the Sproutlets in the audience a yoga stretch or pose. In 2007, Nina's Sproutlet friends were added to the segments, marking the first time they have been on the set.[1] Originally, the girls wore purple pajamas with stars and the boys wore blue pajamas with moons, but then they wore blue and pink pajamas with either Star on the moon or white and yellow sparks. In the second season, most Stretches were themed after a different Sprout show.
