Summer Fun Fridays was a summer-long campaign that aired on Sprout from 12PM to 3PM ET every Friday in 2008 from June to August.[1]
The program featured shows like Frances, Brambly Hedge, Percy the Park Keeper, and Panwapa. Some of these shows presumably aired for New Year's 2009.[2] In between each show was an animated short made from Sproutlets' drawings containing summer activities such as going to the beach, eating ice cream, and catching fireflies. Also during Summer Fun Fridays, a weekly contest, which ran from June 9th to August 25th, was held in which the winner would receive a flip video camcorder from Pure Digital Technologies.[3] The winners were announced on The Sunny Side Up Show.
