History on Sprout[]
The series premiered on Sprout on July 9th, 2016, with new episodes airing Saturdays at 9AM ET. To promote, several Sunny Side Up segments were made, a launch party for the series was held in Diggerland USA, and the "Get Truckin'" game and sneak peek previews were available on the Sprout Playground app, the first time Sprout has made a full episode available on the app prior to the linear premiere. The series made it to Universal Kids when it launched.
However, the show was taken off Universal Kids on July 7, 2019, almost three years after its Sprout premiere, and the same day Bob the Builder: Ready Steady Build! left after returning that April. The show re-aired on December 24th and 25th, 2022.

- The show was filmed with two fleets of actual, live trucks, while their eyes were CGI.
- The show was filmed at a quarry outside of Toronto, Canada,[1] and its set was the size of four football fields.[2]
