- "The Costume Coop, that's where we live and work and we rent our costumes."
- ―Mrs. C in Behind the Squeak

The shop's sign.

The Costume Coop is a costume store that serves as the primary location of The Chica Show. In Behind the Squeak, Andrew admits that it was the perfect setting for the show, given that there are so many costumes there and the fact that Chica loves to play dress up.
The shop is run by Mr. C and Mrs. C, assisted by Chica and human friend Kelly. They are frequently visited by Jett the delivery man and many customers. People who stop by range from celebrities such as Sasha Vansinger to deaf, blind, or handicapped children. Steve Carell also phoned the coop once.
The shop has a stage with blue curtains for performances and events, such as a book signing, and is adorned with posters of plays Mr. and Mrs. C have previously been in.
Notes
- The show's set was designed by Laura Brock and built by Scott Sicari Design, who also supplied the sets for Noodle and Doodle.
- Judging from an animation test for the show, the coop was intended to resemble the Sunshine Barn, complete with the window and flower clock from the latter.
