A list of weekly themes talked about on The Sunny Side Up Show. The show's production team visited preschools and child care centers to observe topics of preschoolers' interest, integrating them into show content.^[1]

Up to early 2011, these themes often had their own pages on SproutOnline.com the week they were talked about. On the set, the theme's name would be on a leaf, with related decorations surrounding The Sunshine Barn. Originally, the theme appeared on the computer screen/toaster.
