A Sprout's Wiggly Waffle podcast was available on iTunes and the Sprout Player app and produced by Sprout. As of now, the videos are no longer on iTunes and aren’t playable anymore on other websites, though it is unknown if they are. In 2021, a YouTuber called Sprout-Archive uploaded the episodes on YouTube, and another one named Nostalgia Central a couple of years later.

Also available on the episodes were Sprout is Yours to Share, a short promo (where it said On Demand, On TV, and Online on the promo branding), a video where Ricky and Reginald demonstrate how to send Sprout Your Videos, and a promo for The Wiggles' arrival to Sprout. Some of the episodes of the podcast were also available on Sprout's YouTube channel.
